the evolution of cool.

  1. Absolutely brilliant!
Although we went from gel shoes, to marbles, to Pokemon cards, to Yu-Gi-Oh cards, to Bay Blades, back to marbles, to line dancing to the "Ketchup Song" on our lunch breaks.

And of course, the bike was ever present... but during those last few years, if you rode a scooter you were a GOD.

  2. line dancing? crazy! the only static "cool" thing in primary school that i remember was playing handball. i was alright at handball! just never got a go, and losers always joined our team.

  3. I kid you not.
Every single "cool" kid got into lines, and the elite got up on the stairs with the CD player. It was just about 30 - 50 kids all doing the moves to the Ketchup Song... and if you didn't participate every lunch time for the three months that that song was awesome, you were nobody.
